Pregnancy and Oral Health

When planning pregnancy get your full mouth checked up, to avoid any forthcoming dental pain, as you must be aware that a lot of dental treatment is not possible during pregnancy and you may have to bear the pain throughout your pregnancy due to unsuitable conditions of strong medications.
During pregnancy gums usually, bleed little more as compared to other times if you have plaque and tartar which is not a good sign and also causes bad breath and bad health for you and your child in the womb.
So get a full mouth treatment done for cavities and bleeding gums when planning pregnancy especially if you have wisdom tooth pain or any deep cavity pain. Get a root canal done or extraction of wisdom tooth before pregnancy in order to avoid pain and consumption of antibiotics during the nine months.
